Chopped Salad Wraps
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup seeded, chopped tomato or halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes or chopped jicama
- 3 Tbsp. Caesar salad dressing
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® ChefStyle Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 (8-inch) flavored or whole wheat flour tortillas
DIRECTIONS

Combine lettuce, tomato, avocado and radishes in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well. Add cheese; toss again.

Spoon mixture down center of tortillas; roll up burrito style.
