Chopped Salad Wraps

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup seeded, chopped tomato or halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced radishes or chopped jicama
  • 3 Tbsp. Caesar salad dressing
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Combine lettuce, tomato, avocado and radishes in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss well. Add cheese; toss again.

    Spoon mixture down center of tortillas; roll up burrito style.
