Fresh Melon, Prosciutto and Baby Swiss Panini
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (4-inch) focaccia, split
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic syrup or balsamic vinegar reduction
- 4 slices Sargento® Deli Style Sliced Baby Swiss Cheese
- 2 oz. prosciutto, thinly sliced
- 4 thin slices (1/4-inch thick) honeydew or cantaloupe melon

Preheat panini grill to high.

Place focaccia, cut side down, on a work surface and brush crusts with oil. Turn focaccia over and brush with balsamic syrup. Layer cheese, prosciutto, melon and cheese between focaccia and press gently.

Place sandwiches in grill; close the top plate and cook until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
