Western Style Chopped Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup low fat croutons
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion or chopped chives
  • 1/2 cup light vinaigrette or Italian salad dressing
 

DIRECTIONS

    Combine lettuce, 1 cup cheese, bell pepper, ham, olives, croutons and green onion in large bowl.

    Just before serving, add dressing; toss lightly to coat. Transfer to serving plates; top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Serve with freshly ground black pepper if desired.
