Light & Sassy Salsa Tuna Melt

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can (3 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked*
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
 

DIRECTIONS

  • 1

    Combine tuna, cilantro, salsa and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Place English muffin halves on a small baking sheet. Top with tuna mixture and cheese. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven or toaster oven just until cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes.
