Sicilian-Style Pizza
INGREDIENTS
- 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
- 1/3 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Fancy Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced sun dried tomatoes
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup well-drained bottle roasted red pepper strips
- 1/3 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
DIRECTIONS

Place pizza crust on a baking sheet; top with pizza sauce. Combine cheese, sun dried tomatoes, basil and pepper flakes. Sprinkle 1 cup mixture over pizza. Top with pepper strips, olives and remaining cheese mixture.

Bake in a preheated 450°F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 wedges.
