Parmesan Chicken
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS

Combine bread crumbs, cheese and salt in resealable plastic bag; set aside. Combine butter, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl.

Dip chicken in butter mixture, let excess drip off, add to bag mixture and shake to coat chicken. Place coated chicken into 13X9-inch baking dish and drizzle remaining butter over chicken.

Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
